Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within three working days by
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If this is the case, you will be required to
sign for your parcel(s) upon receipt. If no one is available to sign at time
of delivery, a card will be left from which you can arrange a new delivery
time (a signature will still be required) or advise you of where to collect.
All parcels are held by the Royal Mail for one week. If no collection is made
within this period, the parcel(s) will be returned to artandcraftworld. In
these instances we will contact the customer via email to either re arrange
shipping or refund the order. Please note in the case of reshipping, a
reshipping charge will be incurred. Refunds for the undelivered parcels
will be given, less the original postage charge (if applicable). Please
note although parcels may be shipped by recorded delivery, we are
unable to track them through the postal system until an attempted
delivery has been made.
Delivery should take 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if
circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
If your order / part order is not received within 2 weeks of shipping notification, please inform customer services via email stating your order reference and any items missing. Please note that we may need to wait 30 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Customer Services must be notified of all missing parcels within 30 days of shipping notification. Any failure to notify us within this period will mean we will not be able to trace the parcels and subsequently unable to replace or refund them.
